Return Policy – Hair Reformation Studio

At Hair Reformation Studio we take pride in our products and services!

You may return or exchange unopened, unused products within 7 days of receipt of your order.
Any items or returns received outside of the 7-day time frame will incur a restocking fee starting at 15% we will only refund or replace items with manufactures defects.
Returns will be credited to the original form of payment and issued within 48 hours once the item has been received and inspected. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement once your return has been processed.
Price adjustments will be given for current promotions on orders placed within 7 days of the promotion.
All Hair System Collections and Toppik Collections are NON-REFUNDABLE.
